I've faked it in past relationships becuase I was just getting bored and didn't really want to keep going after she had come a few times. I figured it was kind of rude to just stop after she was fulfilled, so I faked it. I didn't have to have the awkward "well, I'm just not in the mood, I only did it cause you wanted sex" conversation.
