The most romantic sexy scene I like is in the movie THE SURE THING. It the part where John Cusack is standing alone in a strange bus depot. He gives money to a homeless man and the girl he likes turns to him and says, "Are you sure you're going to be alright??" It's sexy to me because both of them are being vulnerable and they are expressing for the first time in the movie that they truly care about one another.

I have to get back to you on the hottest sexy scene for me. If I go back to the 70's it would be the interracial scene in MANDINGO. Jennifer Jason Leigh was in a movie with Rutger Hauer called Flesh and blood. She was in a very sexy scene with Rutger.
