Several things, including:

1. Yes, White Castles. Haven't lived in the same state with them in seven years...nothing like 'em at 3:00 a.m.

2. In Louisville there was a Chinese restuarant that served a Hunan dish called Hacked Chicken. Served cold, with this red, spicy liquid and many flakes of peppers. Haven't found it *anywhere,* and they CLOSED the RESTAURANT several months ago, during my last trip there. AAAHHH!!

3. An Outback Bloomin' Onion. I'm about 100 miles from the closest onion. Can someone please send me one?
