Haven't had anything romantic from the husband in ages but from lovers I'd have to say:
1) Knowing he was extremely busy at work and crazy stuff was going on outside of work and yet he somehow found the time to email me a love letter and tell me of his plans for the weekend.
2) He snuck up behind me, wrapped me in his arms and whispered in my ear all the things he loves about me, and what he wanted to do with me, mixed in with kisses on my neck, ohhh I was putty in his hands.
3) Most recently, some one wrote me a story. A very detailed, steamy, sexy story......... don't know if its romantic, but it made me tingle & wet and I've thought of it ever since!
