Ok, i believe there should be a mandatory service for all men..but that is just my opinion...BUTTTTTT

Sen. Rangle is a veteran, but he is introducing this bill because he is now a dove, and thinks by passing this bill it will get more people that will avoid the draft. But that aside he is doing an evil thing with this and his position.
