Lilith, I own an iguana. I don't have to worry about breaking ornaments when I'm decorating the tree, I have to worry about my iguana taking off across the floor and trying to climb the thing. This would of course, knock the tree over, and probably break multiple ornaments.

Iguanas are arboreal, and well, Laurel is just following her instincts, after all.
