Peoria's got some great German and Irish restaurants ... but my favorite for brats is the Hofbrau.
And, for Irish, I like Morton's very own Paddy O'Flaherty's. Dinner place for Pixies visiting the Peoria area! (We ate here when PAGAN was held in Morton [Peoria]!)
