Then when he's done, give him a year to get a job, get some savings, etc. then kick him out; or at least make him pay rent. Unfortunately, I don't make quite enough to make it on my own (I come up about 150-200 short each month) so I still live with my Dad, but I pay 150 rent and do chores plus some extra stuff to help out.
