After a hectic and chaotic Black Friday, things have calmed down here some although the stores still seem to be pretty busy. Did just a little bit of shopping yesterday and it wasn't too bad. Not all the registers were open, but the ones that were seemed to have a fair number of people shopping.

I do hope the season will be good for retailers. Especially the small, local shops that depend so heavily on holiday shopping.
