Have been with the same sticky outs fro over fifteen years. If they're happy, I'm happy.

I did have a girl friend way way way back who had abnormally large labia. I don't think she realised. It gave me a bit of a shock to have the equivalent of another pair of lips to kiss at first, but it didn't bother me in any way.

Visually it only makes a difference if you shave or trim. Sticky outs do tend to draw attention to themselves in these circumstances.
