Kids who have their head so far up their own ass they're not paying attention to what they're supposed to. One of my cousin's step children is a freshman in high school this year. He was supposed to be watching his two year old half sister. All he was doing was following her around listening to his cd player. She happened to wander over by my 100 lb. rambunctious dog on a chain. I had to stop what I was doing to get her out of there before she got hurt and I chewed him out for it. All the while saying he knew she wasn't supposed be over there, but had no excuse for not removing her from the situation before something happened. If I knew I wouldn't have gone to jail, I would've dropped him like a ton of bricks.
