Can you vacuum them up into a new vacuum cleaner bag and then leave it outside with Lilith's suggestion of soaked raisins next to it? They'll have the shelter of the bag as a little house and food just outside their front door. Stick the bag in a sheltered spot, put some sticks into it as they like nesting in between them, and put the bag behind something that won't move over the winter. They might settle there instead of getting in, and their friends might show up, too.

Hope you find some kind of solution. I don't mind ladybugs and think they're great for the garden but would be kinda freaked if they were all over my walls
