The snow gently fell in tiny clumps and bits
frozen lace resting on my fingertips
Shimmering in the bright morning sunshine
The taste on my lips like a sweet frozen wine

Passion's fervor has left it's residue of blush
I feel your cheek burning..should I speak, shall I hush
Silence is golden yet so hard to bear
