I emailed with him as recently as the 4th. He's been fine -- still trying to kick a cold virus, but he recently had family in town to keep him company...and the kitties are all doing their best to keep him busy.

Don't worry -- I think he's just going through an incommunicado phase. I'll pass along that y'all are thinking about him...I know it will mean a lot to him.
