could be a sensory thing. could be a mental thing. he may not lose the erection with a pill, but just because a guy's got a boner doesn't mean he's ready for sex. i feel sorta sorry and can relate a bit. when i was preggers this last time there were certain positions and such that would take all the fun out of it. and sometimes i get hung up on the feel of certain fabrics and stuff - if my mind is fixated, the rest of me gets stuck too but if i can put it out of my mind, i forget all about the sensations i'm not diggin' and get on with the lovin'.
