Generally I prefer them real, even very small ones can be very sexy.

Most of what I see in porn are overstuffed to the point of such un-believiblity, sexy is the last thing that comes to my mind. I might be willing to concede that a tasteful enhancement may be attractive, but I haven't seen any yet that show that kind of restraint...philosophy seems to be, if you're paying $$$ for this, more for your money is the rule.
