Lilith---Tell them that , as with any exercise equipment,you have to constantly use them!Most exercise equip turns into a HUGE waste of money,
because most people think that they will see INSTANT results & stop using
said equip.I know people that have been working out for a lifetime & still
aren't where they want to be! Irish
