Yep, I remember being glued to the TV when he would make his motorcycle jumps and for his Snake River Canyon attempt. There was one Christmas when the only thing I wanted was an Evel Knievel toy motorcycle and action figure. It was the best toy I ever had and I wish I still had it.

Oh and the times of building ramps and trying to jump things with the bicycle. Yep, more than once I got myself in trouble for trying to be like Evel.


RIP Mr. Knievel, you were a huge part of my childhood.
