What the hell kind of stupid charge is that?

Don't get me wrong, I stand behind the idea that the level to which she apparently detailed the act was more graphic than what is appropriate, but I don't think she should go to jail for three years just because of that one thing. What needs to happen, in my opinion, is a full evaluation of the environment in that home. Something tells me that she's not the leader of the PTO and baking meatloafs for the local food bank whenever she's not fellating sex toys in front of her children.
