I was asked once if I liked working in Charity Hospital ER (I was a Graduate Nurse enrolled in a training program for my TNCC certification, having passed my boards, but still awaiting the official "congratulations" from the State of La.)

I had been there about two months, and thought it was the most insane, violent place in the universe. I saw people do amazingly stupid things, and then create silly stories to explain what happened.

So when anyone asked I liked, I would just stare at them, unable to answer...
because in a very weird way, I sort of did...
