I used to ride the streetcars everywhere in NO dressed pretty much however I wanted. Plunging necklines, srop tops, bandeau and bikin tops, haltertops, and my daytime summer fave, t-tops. I love men's "wifebeaters" (boys size actually). I never had any complaints.
Ok, I did get a few stares when I wore a white top, yes, but for me that was not a problem.
Sometimes I am amazed at people...
