Does anyone know if a employer can come by your home when they have tried calling you 2 to 6 x's and have not been able to reach you? My job requires i have a phone...i have never read anywhere or heard anywhere that it require i answer it though and i just do not want to be pested by work calls on my time off. I am feeling enough stress from my job and other things the way it is. So does anyone know if its really ok that they come by or would i have the right to tell them to not do so. I work midnights and they call me all day long interupting my sleep. Its beginning to annoy me!! Thanks in advance for your answers.
