The nonsense here is that Scooter Libby was the one pegged to fall on his own sword, because he was stupid enough to get caught lying about what he knew & when he knew it. The grave injustice is not that he will not go to jail for his crime, but that the true culprit(s) in this whole matter have already been outed, and none of them will ever be punished

I can't help but notice that the Dark Lord who orchestrated the whole affair still resides comfortably in his office at the EEOB. Trust me, if a poor slob like me had revealed the name of a US intelligence operative, I would be under the jail right now. Just another example of how our blessed Commander-in-Chief sees two sets of laws, one for cronies & another for the rest of us...especially if we might disagree with him.
