Of course we have white dickheads!! And white people can be poor too...it is not just limited to blacks (bit racist there yaself actually) I never said we didnt....and if found that they are wasting their money i would have no problem cutting their payments or restricting them either!

NOT racist....again i have a big problem with ANYONE sitting around on my taxpayer money wasting it!! I also stated earlier that in the worst communities
BOTH black and white people are not permitted alcohol at all.

I can assure you, there is no way i would get to "sit around all day" on the welfare and still get payments...the payments would be cut off. I would be required to do courses to better my prospects of getting employment, and i'd be forced to look for permanant work while doing the 'work for the dole' program.
They have tried the above with these communities, it does not work. They should get their payments cut? Then what..they starve, the people are then worse off than they are now...desparate people do desparate things...i feel for them...they are in a bad place and they need assistance to get them out of it.
Regardless the people in these communties need help...and i'm all for the governments plan.
How about researching a bit more on the whole thing....the problems aren't just a few people in these communities wasting it....the kids learn the behaviour..and its just one big vicious circle....people are being raped, kids are being abused ect...these are not just one offs...these are like 'normal' behaviours to these people. You think we should sit back and let this continue then? Let them self destruct, both kids and adults?
