At the Dept of Safety today, getting #2 son his learner's permit...as if the wait wasn't bad enough, some rich b***h holds up the line for an extra half hour, because she didn't feel she should have to pay because her daughter failed the knowlege test...

Y'know, it only takes one person like her to change a light bulb...she just holds the bulb & waits for the world to revolve around her...
