As long as it's no-one you know/ have to look in the face the following morning, then yes, it can be a turn on.

Not so when you're sharing a hotel room with your mother though...as happened to me on one occasion....or worse still you're sharing a room with your mother at your sister's house and....oh no I can't even go there!
