Welcome to Pixie's 
To get a pic under your name...click on the "user cp" button up the top of the page....this opens your control panel....in there click on "edit options"...scroll down the edit page until you get to "Avatar"...click on the "Change Avatar" button
Now you can choose to use one of the avatar pics already on the site or you can use your own pic and upload it to the site...your pic must be 50x50 pixels in size or 20000 bytes (whichever is smaller)
