Free enterprise economy is what it's all about. Also, an eager target consumer. Americans have so many options and choices widely available to them. The open system of mass communications makes that a certainty. In other countries there are many options but fewer communications opportunities. As one of the consequences there are greater economic challenges. As those challenges are met the opportunities come to light for more people and markets spring up. VoilA ! * China. Remember, Hong Kong was in the free economy boon decades in advance of China. (I've been shooting from the hip here). Communications are stifled still.
The stiff (ahem) competition in America makes the decision to find a soft (ahem, throat clearing) target in China an easy one. Communist China is accepting Capital economy principles. But, the ruling administration won't soon be letting Free Enterprise Capital Economics to take a large foothold in the Communist Economic Governing body.
