Oh my it's been so long I have forgotten.... LOL
Nuh on a more serious note though, I usually like to start of slow and and then increase my spead and then just go fast slow fast slow, I know it sound unusual, but it feels alot better than it sounds.
I also noticed that the men I have done this too love it when you flicker your tounge againts the head so I try to throw that in aswell
