I'm with coaster on the whole "animalistic" aspect of it, it doesn't work unless you're in that heat-of-the-moment place.
And like Lou, I did the whole hand over mouth thing once when the OH was a little too loud, without really thinking anything about it at the time. But afterwards my OH said that it was so unexpected he found it really hot.
