In keeping with Black History month, I very much wish to get hold of a few copies of the collectors miniature addition of Ohio Governor and civil rights activist, Salmon P. Chase. These less than 2" high portraits, have been out of print since 1946 but have become dear to me. Mr. Benjamin Binion had an extensive collection that was dispersed shortly after I saw it in the 70's. I'll be eternally happy if anybody that has one or two of these send them to me as soon as possible.
