Physically I feel great. Even got the notion that I looked great when I caught a glimpse of myself getting out of the shower. Something must be working with my workouts.

Not a six-pack yet but a hairy two and a half-pack right now I'd say.
Then again, I suppose it's easy to look better when you're dripping wet and the mirror is steamed up huh?

Mentally I'm struggling today. I keep worrying about my friend with CF who is in the hospital fighting for her life right now. I worry for her and I know it makes me an awful person but I worry about how I'm going to deal with the situation if/when I get to that stage. I hope I'm strong enough.
