See a doctor ASAP. There are several treatment options to remove the wart clusters associated with genital warts, but you must understand, genital warts are a form of the herpes virus and there is NO cure! They are transmittable only by direct contact with the warts themselves. After initial treatment, you will want to closely monitor the area involved, and return to the doctor if more clusters develop. Such warts can also develop around the anus, so check there too. And, with women, the can develop within the vaginal canal.
It is true that genital warts can lead to cervical and uterine cancers as well as infertility in males and females. Don't take this lightly. Good luck.
