The brouhaha surrounding the electronic surveillance without a court order is now moot. In what would seem to be an implicit acceptance of the inevitable, the Administration has decided to secure prior court approval for future domestic wiretaps, and will NOT reauthorize the Terrorist Surveillance Program.
