Picnic lunch in Rome....he marched me all over the Capitaline hill looking for a "perfect" spot, and I was about to lose my temper cause I was tired and hungry. Boy am I glad I didn't  . We got a standing ovation from a school trip that was passing by.
While he definately scored bragging points for timing, I think CrouchingBuddha's right. Anything works, so long as there's some heart in it. Wyndhy's story just about charmed the socks off me...it doesn't need to be a big production. Although I'd have had a hard time telling my Mom the story if he'd chosen a nekkid proposal  .
