Wow, can't believe I had to go back 3 pages to Dec. 9 to find this thread. Pretty cool that nobody has been pissed off since then.

But........ I'm gonna break the streak. Talked with my contractor today and he told me that he won't be able to start working on my house again until April. I was hoping it would be in March.

The guy does great work though so I guess a few extra weeks won't make much difference. Would really like to have got the siding and windows replaced before winter but replacing the roof was a bigger job than expected. Oh, the joys of a fixer upper.
