Yes...Mr. Lixy (aka...Buck...but he rarely types in any thread and we don't use lixnlix69 anymore) and I are celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary today. We feel silly saying it's only the 6th anniversary since we've been together so much longer (18+). Got married in 2000 to have a big shindig for everyone we could fit in a party hall...lol!

Ironically...the weather today is EXACTLY like our wedding day. It's drizzly and overcast and I'll remember that day for as long as I live because I married the man who I dreamed of ever since I was a young girl. It took a lot of weeding out the bad ones...but I found him just when I was suppose to in the scheme of my life! Since the day we met, and through all the trials of our infantile relationship, I knew he was "the one" and that someday we'd stand before all our family and friends and say...























LET'S PARTY!!!!!!

*giggle* It was a wonderful day in spite of the weather. Actually...during the ceremony the rain quit and the sun tried to shine through the clouds and I couldn't help but think of something my mother used to say. "Happy is the bride that the sun shines on". Thanks Mom!

And...thank you everyone...for making Mr. Lixy and I smile more than we had been today (or at least for a different reason than what we were smiling for before I got here...*wink, wink*
