I guess it would get a little too intense for an everyday thing (not that it's ever been that way), but for me, there's nothing more enjoyable than that feedback loop that you get from reciprocal pleasure...I agree that focusing is a problem, you may not be able to get that mind-blowing orgasm like when one gives/one receives, but postponing the big O can be its own reward...also the mild hypoxia(sp?) intensifies everything, it's a great relief when you can both come up for air...
I think I love it so much because I know I'm driving her so crazy she just starts deep-throating me with total abandon...
