P.S. hun...
I don't claim to be the baker of all baker's but I wouldn't suggest doubling this recipe for a few reasons. One...it won't be as managable. Two...pastry dough gets tough if fucked with for too long. You want to keep those light layers that you've turned in the 3 step process.
Just an after thought!
Oh..and the pic is me in "sorta blue" but no belly button (I hate my belly!). Hope it's satisfactory! *Saaaaaaaaaaaaaaamoooooch*
