Haven't experienced the Oral B Orgasm?? I must tell you, it's heavenly...actually heard about this on some other site a long time ago and decided to try it....and whoa, I was blown away. First time ya try it, makes you cum in a matter of seconds. Make sure the brush is wet, or else you'll regret it (OUCH).

As far as I know, there aren't any special attachments (this is still commonly considered a dental hygiene instrument afterall), and I just make sure I use an old brush that I saved strictly for this.
