For tomorrow....I fixed lasagna, osuche style....

In order of layers: Pasta, ground turkey (light on the meat), mushrooms and sauteed onions, pasta sauce, pasta layer, ricotta, pasta sauce, sauteed spinach in lime and LOTS of garlic, red pepper in balsamic vinegar and garlic, pasta layer, and mozzerella.

I *hope* it's good...it sure took a lot of work!
