Yesterday...I fixed the family:
* Seared scallops with crusted parmesan cheese
* Home made mushroom and ricotta ravioli
* Mushroom sauce reduction made of wine, chicken stock, garlic, and goat cheese
* Asparagus with caramelized brown sugar/balsamic vinegar sauce
* Rosemary garlic bread

All designed so cunningly on the plate that Mr Osuche saw the need to take pictures!
