More than likely, the feeling she is getting is only from having pressure put in that area...its only natural that those nerves are going to send the message to her brain that there is something inside her anus...it must me she's using the bathroom! But she's not....I suggest that she try an enema at least the first time that way she KNOWS there is nothing inside there that would have to come out. Then, after she knows the feelings that are going on down there, she'll be able to decipher the difference in what something feels like going in and what something feels like coming out.
