So then...is he still considered a "free man" now that they realize the oopsie they made? The article didn't elaborate on what will happen now that they know they made a boo boo.
I mean, if he was "deported" to Australia, doesn't that say that he is an Australian citizen? And if a person is traveling as a deportee (word?...is now!) wouldn't that make cause for some kind of attention as to his "reason for visit" as he passes through customs? And since he "slipped by" unnoticed but they know now, why aren't they trying to find him and make him follow-up on what is left of his probation (as if it ever did any good to release a child sex offender and trust he is rehabilitated)?
I guess we'll never know the answer to any of this till he violates his probation and does just what a serial sex offender does.
Shame on all the "authorities" involved!
