me too^^ and although the thought is a huge turn on, if we were ever actually presented with the opportunity, i don't think i could do it.
unless i was seriously inibriated. 
as far as his fantasy goes: one night in the humpus room, i described (in some every graphic and detailed terms) what it would be like to get fucked by another girl - what i'd do to her, what she'd do to me, what he'd see - while i jerked him off.
don't think it totally satisfied his fantasy but i can say he liked it...
