Just be yourself. Act as though the person evaluating you isn't in the room. I know it's hard to do - but you have to forget they are there. If you get the chance to involve them in a project you know they love, that would score some points.
Whatever you do - do NOT ask them how you are doing!!!! That shows a weakness and lack of self confidence. Go into things with an air of "I am the best at this and it's about time they got around to noticing it!"
If all else fails - go to work drunk (just kidding)
