I don't say much, but I have been known to giggle a good bit in the first stages. It unnerved my boyfriend at first, but once he realized I wasn't laughing at him, he was fine. Now he says the inner movements that laughter creates sometimes add to the sensation.
My preferred pet name? Baby. I dunno why, but it's always 'oh baby'.
