I know this thread died a long time ago, but here's my opinion anyway: of course size makes a difference, but how much of one depends on the individual. It's all very subjective, obviously. Same thing with the question of what qualifies as a good size. It depends on what she's used to and comfortable with. By the way, many women say that girth makes more of a difference than length.
