(I’m glad somebody started this thread. I’ve been wanting to ask about them for a while)
LOL  Maybe we can take up a collection and buy them some new batteries. It seems that any animated smilie has suddenly become missing. Maybe we’re being ‘protected’ by Homeland Security. Some of those smilies looked pretty suspicious to me. I hope we didn't call FEMA to help with the problem.
