Our plans still aren't made, but regardless of guests or not...I'll be doing all the cooking. My parents may come over, but that kinda depends on what kind of shape I can whip this house into in the next week & a half.
We'll do a turkey with stuffing (inside, of course, because the salmonella makes it moist & tender), mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry relish, homemade bread, and I think I'll try my hand at sweet potato casserole. For dessert, there'll be way too many pies. ha ha
Anybody ever see a Holly Hunter movie called "Home for the holidays"? It's centered around a daughter's return home to celebrate a completely dysfunctional family's Thanksgiving. I swear, there's a little of everyone's family touched upon. ha ha
